My Journey

Hi, I’m Laura , a mum of two girls and someone who truly understands what it feels like to start a fitness journey from scratch.

I began mine 12 years ago after having my daughter Lily, and it completely transformed not just my body, but my confidence and mindset. Now, I’m here to help you do the same. Whether your goals are to build strength, boost body confidence, or simply feel happier and healthier in your own skin, I’m passionate about guiding you every step of the way.

With Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in personal training, I offer a professional, supportive approach that’s built around you. From strength training to high-energy HIIT sessions, I design workouts that challenge you, keep you motivated, and help you progress with confidence. Alongside personalised nutritional advice, I also focus on developing a strong, goal-driven mindset to support your journey and long-term success.

I train clients from my own fully equipped home gym, offering a private and comfortable space to focus entirely on your goals.

For £40, my 1-hour session gives you dedicated, personalised support designed to help you move closer to your goals with confidence and clarity. Together, we’ll focus on building strength, improving technique, and discovering your true limits in a safe and encouraging environment.
